“Man in the Mirror” is a song by Keke Palmer sung in the 2012 musical movie, Joyful Noise. In Joyful Noise, characters played by Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton argue over whether their church choir should sing in a modern or traditional style. This accompanying soundtrack indulges both sides. On “Not Enough,” the two singers duet, leaning toward the former for a soul-gospel sing-along that boogies on top of a tight disco beat. Meanwhile, “From Here To the Moon and Back” slows things down, with Kris Kristofferson joining Parton as they promise each other the kind of eternal love that’s simply divine.
