Salary : GHC 1200.00

The Shop Attendant plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of a retail or grocery store. They are responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking shelves, and handling transactions. Below is a detailed description of the responsibilities and qualifications required
Qualifications :
•HND or equivalent qualification.
•Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
•Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
•Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed, based on the store’s operating hours.
