Responsibilities;
Respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Maintain and organize documents and records. Assist with invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks as required. Assist in print production and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the printing press.
Requirements & Skills;
Proven experience as an office administrator, secretary or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus. Experience in the printing industry is preferred but not required
Minimum Qualification Requirements: Post secondary education.
