Dunamis Mid-Year worship Service

The Dunamis Gospel International Gospel Centre held its mid-year worship service on Saturday, 29th of July 2022. The theme of the program was “Judgmental Praise“. It was a power-packed event filled with various gospel artists from all over Nigeria. Artists present include minister Dunsin Oyekan, Pastor Nathaniel Bassey, Mercy Chinwo, Chioma Jesus, Frank Edwards, Buchi, Oche Jockings and many others.

The program was held at the Glory Dome in Abuja. The hundred thousand seating capacity auditorium was full of people who came to worship the Lord almighty. In attendance were also some notable Christian politicians in Nigeria, which are the Labour party presidential aspirant Peter Obi, the wife of Delta state governor, Dame Edith Okowa; Governor of Akwa Ibom state, Governor Udom Emmanuel and Mr Doyin Okupe.

During the event, the whole auditorium erupted with loud uncontrollable cheers when Mr Peter Obi was announced. It is reported that this is as a result of the love and support the church and the young people have for the Labour party’s presidential candidate. The politicians present were also called forward for special prayers for the country of Nigeria.
