Cook At A Hotel In Tema ( DEADLINE: 22 May 2024)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Minimum certification from a recognized Culinary school
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Cook in a Hotel or Restaurant
- Must be able to prepare most or all Ghanaian dishes
- Proven experience as cook
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
