A reputable fast growing health institution is looking to hire for the role of Deputy Head of Human Resources
Job duties:
1. Assist Head of HR to manage the end-to-end human resource activities of the organisation key among them being training, learning and development
2. Supervise HR officers and ensure all reports are submitted on time
3. Have oversight responsibilities over sourcing, recruitment and selection and hiring
4. Take charge of employee on-boarding and off-boarding according to required standards
5. Address employee grievances and channel them to the appropriate team
Requirements:
1. Minimum of first degree in Human Resources Management, Masters degree in HR is an advantage
2. Relevant experience in Training is essential
3. Part or full professional qualification in HR is required
4. Knowledge of HR systems is essential
